Victoria is a proud, lifelong resident of Connecticut. She brings a level of energy and passion which drive those around her to exceed even their own expectations. Her 20+ year career includes roles as a technical recruiter, office manager, and more recently as an Operations Manager. Victoria’s background prepared her well as she ventured on her own, founding Bellamy Group in 2016. She enjoys her new role as the face of Bellamy Group and she embraces the opportunity to grow a company that brings professional services to a variety of industries. Victoria has always emphasized the importance of a personal touch when dealing with employees and clients alike, creating a welcoming environment where everyone succeeds together. Prior to Bellamy Group, Victoria was the Director of Operations for Tri-Com Consulting; a Connecticut based staffing firm which she helped double in size while under her guidance.

John O'Connell

Chief Operating Officer

John brings to Bellamy Group 30+ years’ experience in the I.T. field, the last 20 as a founding partner in The Tri-Com Consulting Group. John has a deep understanding of the Connecticut staffing market, as well as the acumen for building and running a company. John and Victoria have worked together for many years and together are building Bellamy Group into a leader in the Connecticut market. Prior to his role as COO, John was the Director of Business Development for Tri-Com Consulting. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from RPI in 1986, his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s The Hartford Graduate Center in 1992, and his Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from The University of Rhode Island in 1999. He began his career at Pratt & Whitney in 1986, quickly rising to the level of Project Leader. He spent many years as a Computer Consultant in the Hartford area lending his leadership abilities to several different projects.

Ron DeBarge

Director, Hospitality Services

Ron is a highly seasoned member of the hospitality industry. His 30 year career within Aramark has provided him with the experience and expertise to lead Bellamy’s hospitality division. After graduating with his degree in Hotel Sales and Food Service Management, Ron began his career with the Aramark Corporation as a catering chef and was soon promoted to executive chef. He further built his career and skills within the company as a Food Service Director. He continued to grow, servicing fortune 500 companies with an impressive track record of success and prosperity. His work experience allows him to uniquely understand and provide for the needs of Bellamy’s clients as well as its employees. Ron’s vast skillsets in the hospitality industry include Executive Management, Program Management, Budgeting and Cost Reduction, Food Service Operations, Vendor Negotiations, P & L Management, Safety and Compliance and Safe Serve Certification. His leadership and innovative ideas have provided exceptional service to his clients throughout his career and Ron will continue to bring the same level of dedication and successful management as the leader of Bellamy’s hospitality division.

Ellen Tanguay

Account Manager

Ellen brings to Bellamy five years’ experience as an account manager /recruiter with The Tri-Com Consulting Group. Her background enables her to engage both consultants and clients alike. As an Account Manager, Ellen is responsible for building client relationships, forecasting recruiting needs, and overseeing the consultant selection process for her accounts. A lifelong resident of Connecticut, Ellen looks forward to playing a significant role in Bellamy Group’s growth within and beyond Connecticut.
